Chaba Kaew adjusts her fitness training program, Janista hopes to show her potential and win over Coach Ikeda.
“Chaba Kaew”, the Thai national women’s football team, continued their training in the evening, which was the second meal of the day in the first camp at the Sports Potential Development Center inside Bangkokthonburi University on January 22 to prepare for the Pink Ladies Cup competition between February 19-27, 2025 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

In this training session, Futoshi Ikeda, head coach of the Thai women’s national football team, adjusted the program for the players to go to the gym for 1 hour to build muscle and recover after the intense training in the previous period.
“Bai Mon” Janista Jinantuya, striker for the Thai national team. Said that in the past training, she may have been a little tired because she just recovered from an injury, causing her respiratory system to not be 100%. The injury is much better now, but she may still not be able to take strong collisions. She still needs a little more time. Coach Ikeda’s training is considered very intense and serious, following the Japanese style. So she may not have to adjust much because all Japanese coaches are similar from what she has encountered before.
“Most of the people in this เล่นบาคาร่า UFABET เว็บตรง ค่าคอมสูง camp have played together before, so it wasn’t hard to adjust and we were able to play normally. It’s an honor to be called back to the national team this time. I’d like to thank the coach for giving me this opportunity. Personally, I’ll do my best in this camp to show the coach my potential. I think the Thai women’s football team needs to improve their strength and play faster for the goal of going to the World Cup in Brazil.”
This training camp will be held from 20-25 January 2025, with a warm-up match to test the team.
